The Mark of the Beast

Will the true Christians be the only ones who refuse to Worship the Beast and and refuse to receive his Mark?

The Bible says that if you worship the Beast, your name will not be in the Lamb's Book of Life.

If anybodies name is not found in the Book of Life, he will be thrown into the Lake of Fire which is the Second Death.

Receiving the Mark of the Beast brings with it eternal torment in the Lake of Fire from which there is no redemption.

The true Christians will rather die than worship the Beast and receive his mark.

The Second Beast will persecute Christians and put to death all who do not worship the First Beast.

Nobody will be able to buy or sell without the Mark of the Beast.

Will there be people from amongst the Nations who refuse to receive the Mark of the Beast?

There will be people outside the New Jerusalem in Eternity called the Nations. These people did not accept the Mark of the Beast as they were not thrown into the Lake of Fire.

The Nations (those outside of Christ) will be raised for Judgement at the Great White Throne at the End of the Millennium.

If their names are not in the Lamb's Book of Life, they will be thrown into the Lake of Fire.

Will everybody who stands before the Great White Throne be thrown into to the Lake of Fire or will some escape and become the Nations in eternity with the right to eat of the Tree of Life?

The Beast out of the Sea

Rev 13:1-10

And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name.  The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.  One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast.  Men worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?”  The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months.  He opened his mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven.  He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.   All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world.   He who has an ear, let him hear.   If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity he will go. If anyone is to be killed  with the sword, with the sword he will be killed.

The Beast out of the Earth

Revelation 13:1-18

Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon.  He exercised all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed.  And he performed great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men.  Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.  He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.  He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead,  so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.  This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it

is man’s number. His number is 666.

The Three Angels

Revelation 14:6-13

Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language and people.  He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.”  A second angel followed and said, “Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great, which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.”  A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand,  he, too, will drink of the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.  And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name.”  This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God’s commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”

The bowls of God’s Wrath

Revelation 16:2

The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly and painful sores broke out on the people who had the markof the beast and worshiped his image.

The Battle of Armageddon

Revelation 19:20

But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the markof the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

The Millennium

Revelation 20:4

I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

The Great White Throne

Revelation 20:12-15

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.  The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done.  Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death.  If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
